  • Deckel Maho OMC-65V  CNC Mill: Vertical machining centre with X axis 600mm; Y axis 500mm and Z axis 600mm with 18,000 Rpm ( BT40)
  • Okuma CNC Mill: 4th axis Vertical machining centre with X axis 1000mm; Y axis 550mm and Z axis 600mm with 15,000 Rpm ( BT40)
  • Lead well  CNC Mill: 4th axis Vertical machining centre with X axis 1000mm; Y axis 500mm and Z axis 600mm with 6,000 Rpm( BT40)

Quality assurance

We adhere to the ISO standard using highly precise measuring equipment including a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for computer-precision controlled inspection and Micro-Vu Vertex Vision 410 Automated Precision Measurement Systems (vision based) to ensure our parts are up to standard. We use procedures for part inspection for all parts, whether it a single item or a high volume of successive parts. Meticulous record keeping forms the core of any well-kept inspection department, at Olion our standards are high.
